Elite Contracting LTD carried out this CAT A refurbishment of this office space located in central Milton Keynes. Taken on a Design and Build contract we were able to utilise our in-house CAD department to create a versatile and flexible office space for future tenants into the building. The brief from the client was to expose the ceiling to show the level of detail to the building services installation. Elite Contracting used a mixture of industrial grade containment, Dali wiring lighting control and suspended linear LED light fittings to achieve the desired outcome.
